Baby Shower Gift Idea

Available $75

The back is a soft flannel.
Here is a perfect gift for a baby girl! I have received positive feedbacks from the mom's that have these blankets. The busy pattern keeps baby's interest during tummy time!

Hello Cupid!

Back. Sold!! ($25)

Front Sold!
I finished the binding on another holiday runner last night. Red and pink are such fun colors to put togethor! Tomorrow I will have another one to show you. I have the fabric to make another one similar to this.

Winter Wall Hanging

I finally finished a wall hanging that I started in May as a birthday present for a friend! This is only my second aplique project and I was really uneasy about trying it. I had the back quilt done in one day, the snowflake and joy took me eight months to even attempt it! I think it turned out decent. This is also the first time I tried to do any "fancy" quilting instead of just the meandering. In the center block I carried the snowflake and joy shape outward, that was not as difficult as I thought it would be. I hope my friend enjoys this and waits with anticipation to hang it on her wall NEXT Christmas! ;)

These were the first two St. Patrick's Day and Valentine Day runners I had 100% finished. They are already out the door! If you like either of these I have fabric to make more. I quilted 7 things yesterday so the next couple of nights I will be busy doing the binding on all of them...pictures to follow soon.

SOLD!! :)

SOLD!! :)

I had a crazy weekend of sewing during nap times and after the kids were in bed. I finished 6 table runner tops; 3 Valentines Day and 3 St. Patricks Day. They were new patterns for me and I LOVE how they turned out. I am hoping to get them quilted this week. Please let me know if you are interested in one you could pick out the fabric for the back!

Second job DONE!

I am so happy with how the long arm sewing machine is working right now. For the first time I made it through an entire quilt without the thread breaking!! That is HUGE! I finished a double sized quilt in 2 hours which felt like record time! It is really fun to have two jobs I was hired to do completed. Now if I can just scrounge up some more work! ;)

Thank you IKEA!

I made my sewing space a fun, usable space with three new tables, two new storage cabinets and lots of new baskets for organizing fabric and projects. I was so excited about the update that I started and finished two baby quilt tops this weekend! I am hoping to complete the top stitching for the second quilt from a friend this week as well as start my next Holiday table runners! I wish I could afford a babysitter one day a week so I could sew for 8 hours!
